Our prices as quoted are for a FULL KIT to be built on slab construction
and include everything you will need for a Granny Flat up to the paint stage. The price
as advertised does not allow for the kitchen and bathroom fittings etc. (called P.C. items)
and it does not include the cost of transport or for GST. When you submit a request
for a quotation, we will provide you with this additional information.
Many of our clients request a KIT be supplied that only include the basics. This is termed
as the "Lock Up" stage, where you will receive all the external components including the
wall frames and trusses, roofing material, gutters, windows and doors but not the internal
components such as wall linings, door furniture and PC items.
This option allows you to budget for the basic necessities and to complete the kit at your
convenience.
